The release includes tracking capabilities to distinguish between manually completed and automatically processed transactions with clear visual indicators. Payment Summary displays now show Vehicle Selling Price alongside Finance Amount with improved labeling and tooltip functionality for better transaction transparency.

GAP product configuration editing capabilities allow agents to modify key financial fields including Total Amount Financed, Total of Monthly Payment, and Total of all Payments to resolve decimal discrepancies and prevent contract generation failures. GAP deferred interest calculations now properly update Payment Summary displays when first payment dates exceed 31 days

GAP Product Configuration Editing

Launched editable fields within GAP product configuration allowing agents to modify Total Amount Financed, Total of Monthly Payment, and Total of all Payments values. Fields pre-populate with existing deal information and display edited states with reset functionality, enabling contract generation when decimal discrepancies occur.

GAP Product Calculation Improvements

Fixed GAP product recalculation issues were adding or removing other products from transaction packages failed to update GAP-specific financial fields. System now properly triggers coverage product precalculated financing queries when package contents change.

GAP Deferred Interest Payment Updates

Updated GAP product Payment Summary displays to reflect deferred interest calculations when first payment dates exceed 31 days. Monthly payment adjustments now appear correctly in both sidebar Payment Summary and Package Step displays, resolving calculation display inconsistencies.

GAP Coverage Checkout Payment Display

Updated Coverage Checkout to display total monthly payment amounts instead of base monthly payments, making recent calculation improvements visible to users during transaction processing (VFI-2462).

Zero-Product Transaction Processing

• Enabled transactions to proceed to the Documents step without product selection for Finance, Lease, Balloon, and Cash transaction types, allowing completion of transactions where customers decline all products while maintaining waiver documentation requirements. Payment step displays “Pay on DMS” as the only option for zero-product transactions, while Product Only transactions continue to require product selection.

Product Configuration Enhancements

• Enabled prefix editing capabilities at the product configuration level, allowing dealerships to customize product titles while maintaining existing prefixes for current products through tenant overrides. Removed automatic injection for new products while preserving existing configurations.

Menu Calculation Fixes

• Addressed scenarios where either the menu column was not calculating the product costs correctly or was always showing $0.

Data Management and Validation

• Removed in-service date validation restriction preventing purchase dates later than in-service dates, accommodating specific vehicle scenarios without compromising processing.

User Interface Improvements

• Fixed purchase type validation error affecting “Used” and “Certified” vehicle selections, ensuring proper form validation behavior across all vehicle types. Enhanced virtual meeting payment information synchronization between customer and dealer views, maintaining consistent Coverage Details display
